According to a survey by MinorMonitor.com, there are around 38 percent of kids that uses Facebook under the age of 13, where you have to be at least 13 to register a Facebook account.

According to Android Developers, Google Play is now open for new app sellers from other countries. The invited foreign countries are Czech Republic, Israel, Mexico, and Poland. This allows the foreign sellers to sell their apps on Google Play and receive payment via local bank accounts.

Today, Nokia has announced Nokia Lumia 610NFC, First Windows Phone with NFC enabled, and Orange will be the first operator to bring it to the market.
NFC has been certified for contactless payments both with MasterCard for their PayPass solution, and with Visa’s mobile application for payments at the point of sale, Visa payWave. And of cos, NFC is not available in many countries yet, it would be just an extra function for the time being.
